We have many events lined up in the coming months! Make sure you follow us so you will be in the know!! Many of these will have limited seating.
Shop, Rack and Roll - How about a little fun playing some Mahj AND shopping in a local boutique? You will have options to purchase some MAHvelous Merchandise? From hats, to shirts, and fashionable outfits to wear to any Mahj event or special occasion, you can sip, shop, snack and RACK and Roll!
Tasting and Tapping - (those tiles) - We have several local restaurants who are new to the area that would love to host us!! At these Taste and Tap events, we will sample the cuisine, and rack some tiles! However, we do know that TAPPING IS NOT RACKING (It just sounds good with tasting, lol!)!
Showmanship is It - We all love a beautiful table set-up and perfect hosting spot! At this local home decorating and accessory store, we will learn tips to beautifully accessorize our homes for that special Mahj event. We will talk briefly with a local decorator who will share the latest trends and tips to refresh current looks. He is all about color, fun, and beautiful decor (which is a RACK and Roller's love language)! Special discounts will be offered, and OF COURSE, we will play some Mahjong in the beautiful store!
Look Good, Feel Good, and Play Better - We know the importance of taking care of ourselves!! One key to a healthy mind is a healthy body!! We all want better mental clarity and decision-making skills, for a Mahjong win. We have a local pilates studio teacher that will share the benefits of pilates and offer incentives to join her new studio! We also have a permanent make-up artist, willing to host a Mahjong event. She will share skincare tips and how permanent make-up can enhance our beauty routines.
Art Afternoons - We have a local gallery that features local artists and teaches adult water color lessons. We will enjoy some snacks, unleash our inner Van Gogh and watch the WINDS BLOW as we play a little Mahjong.
CRACK your bags - Our ultimate goal is to get a Mahj trip on the books! Orange Beach, Day trip to Laurel, Dallas, and wherever else the winds shall blow! We take suggestions!!

Let's Mahj - This is a 3 hour American Mahjong Class covering the following topics:
A brief history of Mahjong
Game structure and flow
Tile Identification
Common terminology and player etiquette
How to read and understand the NMJL card
Dealing and gameplay
Ideally, we like to have 4 people per lesson. We encourage you to sign up with at least 4, but if you cannot, we can find you a spot with another group. The rate is $50 per person; we provide the tiles and game set-up.
I've Racked, Now What? - This is for players who already know the basics and are ready to level up their game. If you want to build your confidence, refine skills, or practice with active coaching, this class is for you.

The rate is $50 per three hour lesson.
Guided Play - Join us for an instructor led game session where you can play, ask questions, and go at your own pace. We can also teach how to play Siamese Mahjong and Playing with "Bob" (3 person). *The rate is $30 per person for two hour session.
Group Mahjong Lesson - We will come to your home and bring our set up. Instruction/Coaching is provided. This is a 3 hour event for 4-8 people per class. $300 (Within 15 miles free; 15 miles or more - $30)
